Hello! I’m Nelly, the proud owner of Enkarewa Safaris, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our world of adventure. As a Maasai woman, my connection to this land runs deep. The rhythms of the savanna are in my blood, and the call of the wild is my family’s song.
My journey to founding Enkarewa Safaris is a blend of tradition and education. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management, I’ve combined academic knowledge with the wisdom passed down through generations of my Maasai ancestors. My passion for hospitality and service excellence was deeply influenced by my late father, a respected hotelier whose legacy continues to shape my vision for this company.
Growing up, I had the privilege of watching my father turn simple stays into unforgettable experiences. His ability to make every guest feel like family, to anticipate needs before they arose, and to share the magic of our culture - these invaluable lessons became the foundation of Enkarewa Safaris. Whilst he is sadly no longer with us; his spirit of warmth and hospitality lives on in everything we do. We offer more than just tours; we open our home and our hearts to you, just as he taught me.
For me, tourism is all about people and experiences. I want to showcase my beautiful Africa and create life-impacting journeys where our clients meet people, make beautiful relationships, and experience the real Africa.
